Fully-adhered EPDM Roofing System

To meet an early September start-of-school deadline, Marshall completed this detailed restoration project on a fast-track construction schedule. An existing built-up roof was removed and replaced with a Firestone fully-adhered EPDM roofing system. Marshall also removed an existing bluestone plaza deck and replaced it with a new waterproof plaza-deck system which included different shades of roof block installed to meet an architect-designed colored pattern.
