Maverick GardensMAVERICK GARDENS – PHASES 3 AND 4
East Boston, Massachusetts

Maverick Gardens is an important public housing development in East Boston with views of downtown and Charlestown. The new buildings were designed to reflect the original nature of this historic neighborhood. Marshall followed CWC Builders lead to accomplish this. Marshall installed a fully adhered single ply roof system on eight of the new buildings, as well as many bays and canopies. Marshall’s sheet metal crew also installed metal panel siding and gutters/downspouts on new construction buildings.
