Roof Removal and Renovation

In this full renovation of an existing retail outlet into a J.C. Penney department store, Marshall removed an existing combination built-up and ballasted single-ply roof and installed a 96,000 sq. ft. fully-adhered thermoplastic single-ply membrane roofing system, which included a layer of isocyanurate insulation.
