Shingle Roof Retrofit

To improve esthetics and reduce future maintenance costs, Marshall retrofit this structure's flat built-up roof with a sloped shingle roof. This involved the installation of roof trusses, plywood decking and 12,224 sq. ft. of asphalt shingles.
