BLACKSTONE STREET SWITCH HOUSE
Cambridge, Massachusetts

On this existing building, Marshall was contracted to tear off an existing system and install a 17,000 sq. ft. Versico fully adhered single ply roofing system with tapered insulation. The roof system consisted of both a metal and concrete deck with different insulation components and attachment techniques. The top layers of insulation were fully adhered.
